birthday party information and specifications

While we would love to host a birthday party for every child with special needs, there would be little room for other play day slots and sometimes these parties get a little too big! So we had to make some rules and specifications for future birthday parties:

Ages of child for Saturday birthdays: our parties are for ages 4 and up. Teens and adults are welcome to put in a birthday request as well. 

Who can have a party: A child who has a developmental or physical disability 

Party Attendance:

- kids that do not have friends/have few friends to invite to a party and with our help we can get some friends together here and throw you one epic party!

- kids who will be inviting their entire special needs/DLC classmates

When can a party be thrown: We throw the parties On Saturdays in the time slot of 12-2 

What do Parties include: We provide the space and fun; you provide the decorations, food, and cake. There are tables in the barn to set up food and supplies. 

 Our business model is more relational and community based. We desire to create a space for community and we welcome anyone and everyone to be a part of it! Over the past 2 years we have really created a community here! We wish we could throw every single birthday party, but we are limited on how many days we are open and how many slots we have. Since space is limited we will first attempt to host parties for those who use Autism Acres frequently. Thank you for understanding! We hope to see you soon! Most months we throw 1-2 new attender parties. So fill out an application and we will do our best to book your party!
