birthday party information and specifications

While we would love to host a birthday party for every child with special needs, there would be little room for other play day slots and sometimes these parties get a little too big! So since these are free parties we had to make some rules and specifications for future birthday parties:

Ages of birthday child: our parties are for ages 3 and up

Who can have a party: A child who has a developmental disability/diagnosis/IEP/ or 504 plan and one of the qualifying specifications listed below:

- kids that do not have friends or family to invite to a party and with our help we can get some friends together here and throw you one epic party!

- kids who have invited multiple people with little to no response or RSVPs to their party and we can get some friends together to throw you a party!

- kids who will be inviting their entire special needs/DLC classmates

When can a party be thrown: We throw the parties On Saturdays in the time slot of 12-2 since that is our least active play day time slot. 

What do Parties include: We provide the space and fun; you provide the decorations, food, and cake. There are tables in the barn to set up food and supplies.
